What is architectural photography?
And does it differ from real estate photography? Yes and no - architectural photography is taking images of houses, buildings, sheds or land - very similar to real estate imagery. But it has a different purpose. I differentiate it as something different because it captures so much more than just the wide expanse of a room or exterior. Architectural photography aims to capture emotion, light and perspective. It often focuses in on detail, lines and light. It also has the ability to highlight unique areas for the purposes of advertising.
You may choose to get me in if you are in the building industry - think builder, architect, plumber, painter, home designer, roofer or landscaper and want to showcase some of your work or products. Alternatively you may be a business needing some images for your website of your space - You may have done a refit or moved into a new space, are an accomodation provider (think hotel or air bnb) and need to show your place in action, or are a community provider or council looking at highlighting your facilities.

If you are requiring images for accomodation, such as hotels, unique stays, or retirement villages, please get in touch for a personalised quote. Guide pricing is below. Pricing will be dependent on if people are being photographed, scope of the project, number of rooms/accommodation types, and travel.
Pricing approx: $1000 - $3000 + GST (This is generally a crossover with a branding session, and could be a good option for medium/larger accomodation providers, or an editorial piece for a magazine.
